HR still recruiting in NZ for this season?

My contact in New Zealand informs me that HR is still actively trying to recruit 2 more players from CCNZ or Hamilton , even though it is well into the season. Is this correct and why? Is three import players not enough?

First I'd like to follow up with something we have previously talked about. Highland has 3 of these import players. Two of the three played last year and only one of them is new to the program. More importantly, one of the three players plays JV, which leaves TWO import players who play varsity for Highland, so only 2 players will be on the field at one time. So at this point, is it time to call United out and ask them to follow as you said they would in the previous blog? What do you do at this point when Highland has 2 and United has 3? Is United going to "follow suit?" This is absolute truth, Highland isn't going to sneak the player in, he's JV, 2 Varsity players. Two.

Who are these two players that are apparently being recruited? Names? That's what I'd like to know. There is a lot of hearsay and rumor. This is a RUMOR, absolutely not true.

Someone from HR called their long time contact in Hamilton New Zealand and said,"you need to send us two more players for this season". I will try and find out more details.

I will talk to United about your suggestion. Will not promise anything. Keep in mind for years the import players on HR played with no restrictions. And in last years national championship against United there were 4 on the field most of the time, 5 and 6 at times. But I will ask.

I think a better compromise is to agree to a limit of three, since both teams have three import players here today. Surely HR will want the import JV player to play on the Varsity team. I think he can do both. Then the recruiting end for both teams today and we move forward. See want HR thinks and I will talk to United.

Thanks for the feedback.
