To the brave souls of High School Rugby

This blog is dedicated to two sets of unsung heroes:
  1. to the scores of "no name import" high school aged rugby players from New Zealand who have come to Utah to play on the Highland High School rugby team. They have played and very shortly after the National Championships mysteriously evaporated into the roster of anonymity. Returning home to New Zealand with no recognition, accolades, interviews or pictures.
  2. to the hundreds of young men who have had the courage and intestinal fortitude to walk and stay on the field under the barrage of a relentless 70 - 0 shellacking by Highland.
You are the real heroes of this sad tale.

It is for you that I shine the illuminating light of the truth for those who have the courage and an open heart and mind to listen.
