Utah public high schools were used to meet eligibility requirements

After I sent this letter to the granite School Board in 2005, the boys from New Zealand were removed from Olympus High School.

A portion of the letter........................... The three import rugby players or ringers from New Zealand were permitted to register at Olympus High School this year again, after being exposed as pretend students last year. They are pretending to be full time students for 60-90 days. They are supposedly taking 6 credit hours each, attending class and getting grades like all of the other full time students. They reportedly each paid the thousands of dollars for tuition, required by your guidelines, because they are not in the country on a J1 exchange student visa.

Why is the Granite School District and Olympus High School twisting themselves into such contortions to perpetuate a process that in every other arena would be unquestionably unacceptable, ethically wrong and morally unjustified?

These young men are recruited by the Highland Rugby Club in New Zealand, sponsored, supported, billeted, transported, managed and manipulated by the Highland Rugby Club for one primary purpose. That is to play rugby for the Highland Rugby Club and perpetuate its national dominance in the sport of rugby..............

Since 2005 they have moved the Kiwi boys from one "private school" to another. No more abuse of the Utah public school system
